PURPOSE: 

To vary Section 7.1.9(b) of Zoning Bylaw No. 2069-2014 and amendments thereto to increase the maximum size of a Level 2 home occupation (bed and breakfast) from 90 m2 to 106. 44 m2.
The subject property is zoned R1 - Single Detached Residential. This permit is being considered to increase the maximum size of a level 2 home occupation by 16.44 m2, from 90 m2 to 106.44 m2, to allow the property owner to convert a portion of the existing home at 3812 Westview Drive into a bed and breakfast.

Development Variance Permit Public Notice- Application for Development Variance Permit #102-4746 Lakelse Avenue

To vary Section 6.4.3(a)(i) and (b) of Sign Bylaw No. 2102-2016 and amendments thereto to increase the maximum total sign area on a C1-A zoned property with 61.6m of Primary Frontage, from 22. 08 m2 to 30. 0 m2. 
The subject property is zoned C1-A - Urban Commercial. This permit is being considered to increase the total maximum sign area on the property to allow for a new 2.97 m2 wall sign above the front entrance of BO Cannabis at 102-4776 Lakelse Avenue.
