	All the above options include the use of the swimming pools and fitness centre (age dependent). 10-Visit Passes can be used for either swimming or skating.

Payment is required when you register for any activity or program - by phone, online, or in person.

Payment options
- Pay by credit card at the time of registration (by phone/online/in person).
- Purchase a monthly membership any time prior to or at time of registration (by phone/in person).
- Purchase a gift card prior to registration (you can do this with debit, credit card, or cash when visiting us in person, or over the phone by credit card)
- Put a credit on your account in advance (you can do this with debit, credit card, or cash when visiting us in person, or over the phone by credit card)
Refund Policy

If you book an activity and then can’t attend for any reason, a full refund is available by phone if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You MUST speak to someone in person to do this.

If life happens and you can’t attend, please remember to cancel so that others can have the option to take your spot!
Affordable Access Recreation Program

The City of Terrace’s Parks, Recreation & Culture department offers the Affordable Recreation Access Program to individuals who receive funding or benefits through the following programs:
- Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction
  
  Regular Income Assistance Benefits (must be renewed every six months)
  
  Persons with Disabilities (PWD) (must be renewed annually)
  
  Persons with Persistent Multiple Barriers (PPMB) (must be renewed every six months)
- Ministry of Employment and Social Development Canada
  
  Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) (must be renewed every six months)

The following funding assistance programs are also available for low-income families who want to put their children into sports (soccer, hockey, softball, etc) or recreation programs such as preschool classes or swimming.

KidSport

Up to $300 is available to children 6–18 years of age to pay for sport registration fee. Download and complete the KidSport application and drop it off at the Sportsplex.

Jumpstart

Up to $300 is available for children 4–18 years of age to pay for sport or recreation registration, equipment, or transportation. Apply for Jumpstart online.
