Applicants must be a registered not-for-profit organization. This organization must be located in the greater Terrace area.
Applications will be assessed based on the project's proposed benefit to the community, the applicant's demonstrated need for grant writing services, and the applicant's demonstrated experience and reliability.
How to Apply
Applicants can fill out the form below and submit back to the City. Once reviewed, City staff may ask for additional information if required. City Staff will then put the applicant in touch with the Grant Writer who may have additional questions to complete grant applications on their behalf.
The City of Terrace and the Terrace Downtown Improvement Area (TDIA ) are proud to offer the Business Façade Improvement Program to improve the character and physical appearance to retail and commercial buildings in the Terrace Downtown Improvement Area and to support the Downtown Revitalization efforts currently underway. This program was made possible with the financial support of Northern Development Initiative Trust.
