The City of Terrace Council and staff truly value the relationships we have developed and strengthened over the years with local First Nations and Métis. On Monday, May 26, 2025, BC Highway Patrol worked with Terrace RCMP, Terrace Emergency Health Services (EHS), and Terrace and Thornhill Fire Departments, to stage the mock collision for the benefit of students at Terrace Caledonia Secondary School. Read more

Property taxes are due Wednesday, July 2. The City mailed out all property tax notices as of Tuesday, May 20. We understand Canada Post may go on strike this Friday, May 23. We are hopeful most people who live in town will receive their notices before the strike begins. Read more
