Movie in the Park: It’s a drive-in! 

The forecast is looking pretty grim so we’re not taking any chances on a lawn-chairs-and-blankets setup. Instead, this will be a drive-in movie, taking place in the curling rink parking lot.

At Parkinson Society British Columbia (PSBC), we are inspired every day by the strength and resilience of our community. Together, we are united in our commitment to the advocacy, research, and fundraising efforts that are bringing us closer to a future without Parkinson's disease. Funds raised through Parkinson SuperWalk help PSBC continue to offer life-changing programs and services.

BC Parks Day 2021

Come out and join us as we celebrate the beauty of BC Parks! Games, Giveaways, and Great Times are to be had this Saturday. BC Parks, Northwest Invasive Plant Council, and the North Coast Ecological Society will be at Furlong Bay Campground from 1:00pm - 4:30pm to provide you with fun activities like nature walk bingo, bear aware games, plant identification, and much more!

This Pink Shirt Day, our focus is working together and treating others with dignity and respect. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all and shown the importance of helping one another and advocating for those who need it. Help us “lift each other up” and support programs that encourage healthy self esteem and teach empathy, compassion, and kindness.

Coldest Night of the Year

It's cold out there.

The Coldest Night of the Year is a covid-safe, family-friendly walk to raise money for charities serving people experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger. Walk virtually on Feb. 20, 2021. The Terrace event is hosted by Ksan House Society.
