Women and Development Terrace are holding their annual, legendary garage/yard sale. Treasures and bargains galore. This is a fundraiser and all proceeds go to supporting projects for women and children in developing countries. Please come out and support a worthy cause.
The Heritage Park Museum is having a garage sale! Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we have not been able to host our regular events that helps to raise money for the museum on a yearly basis. So if you have any items you would like to donate to the museum for us to sell at the garage sale feel free to give us a call prior to drop off at 250.635.4546. We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 11:00am - 5:30pm. Any items that are not sold during the week will be donated to local thrift stores.

Regular entry will be a minimum $10 donation per group and if you require the services of a staff photographer entry will be a minimum $20 donation per group (CASH ONLY).

Each 90-minute session will allow participants to share their experiences, discuss self-management skills and take part in gentle movements as a group.

Strengthening Families Together is a FREE 10 session course for the families and friends of individuals living with any mental illness. A diagnosis is not necessary. Participants receive reliable information about mental illness and available mental health services. Trained peer facilitators share problem solving, coping, and communication skills in a safe and supportive environment. SFT, provided by BCSS, will be held in Terrace on Tuesday evenings, beginning on April 7th Registration is required: 250-635-8206 terrace@bcss.org
We are pleased to announce a Whitecaps Spring Break Skills Camp in Terrace, March 23rd to 27th, at the Thornhill Community Centre (3091 Century St, Thornhill). Players will experience games-based training in a fun environment, helping develop their technical and decision-making skills, supported by professional Whitecaps FC staff coaches. There will be daily game play (3v3 & 4v4), as well as Whitecaps Skills Challenges to help players track their improvement through the week. Each player will receive a Whitecaps FC Camp t-shirt, poster, and Skills Challenge report card.
