Starting Up: Small Business Workshop for Women. Thursday, March 16th, 6pm-9pm. Futurpreneur’s Katy Carr will be providing a free workshop on building a small business. She’ll be discussing local success stories, entrepreneurship myths, opportunities, and resources available to women in business. To RSVP email kcarr@futurpreneur.ca. You’re invited to TDCSS Big Brothers Big Sisters of Terrace’s biggest annual fundraiser, Bowl for Kids Sake. This fun and family-friendly event is set for Sunday, March 12th from 3-5pm at the Terrace Bowling Lanes. All teams must pre-register by Wednesday, March 8th to ensure we have a sold-out event! Our theme this year is “Into the Jungle”. We are encouraging all participants to dress up and there will be a PRIZE for best costume as well as face painting and door prizes!!
