This workshop is to help understand and recognize the cycle of violence in intimate relationships. This workshop will focus on: • Psychology behind the violence • The violence cycle • The stages of violence • Peer Support • Anti-violence programs, what can you do? This workshop is part of a spring workshop series on mental and sexual health.

Strengthening Families Together

A free education program for families, friends, and caregivers of people living with a mental illness. Limited seating: registration is required. The course provides support to discuss challenges and connect with others who understand, awareness about mental illness treatment options, causes, research, available services and stigma reduction; and tools of problem solving, coping, communication skills, advocacy. Bowl for Kids Sake

You’re invited to TDCSS Big Brothers Big Sisters of Terrace’s biggest annual fundraiser, Bowl for Kids Sake. This fun and family-friendly event is set for Sunday, March 12th from 3-5pm at the Terrace Bowling Lanes. All teams must pre-register by Wednesday, March 8th to ensure we have a sold-out event! Our theme this year is “Into the Jungle”. We are encouraging all participants to dress up and there will be a PRIZE for best costume as well as face painting and door prizes!!
