Learn the history of the region through stories of the people buried at the Kitsumgallum Cemetery. These range from people killed constructing the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway, to First Nations people, to soliders from WWI. Tour is free.
The Youth Volunteer Corps of Terrace presents CANstruction, a food drive that includes fund designs and "builds" competitions. Free, all ages. Teams are invited to CANstruct sculptures, buildings or structures made entirey out of donated human food and animal food. The public will get to see and vote on the most unique struction when completed. 100 per cent of the food will be donated to local food banks and animal shelters. The Rosswood Community Association hosts a pancake breakfast and garage sale every Saturday from 8 am to 11 am until mid-August in the Rosswood Community Hall.

NorthWords Creative Writers Camp for Kids ages 8 to 12 is from 10 am to 1 pm each day at the Terrace Public Library. Make your own book. Recycle a hardcover book and use it to make yourown using electronic circuits, popups, and more! Bring your lunch and join the fun! The 13th Annual Community Barbecue Fundraiser in support of the Dare to Dream Foundation serves up vittles from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. Burger or hot dog with chips and a drink is $5.
Interpretive walk at Furlong Bay at 1:30 pm from the amphitheatre. All ages welcome. Come walk along the Spruce Trail and learn about fish species, local vegetation, birds, and invertebrates!
