Whether you ride to work, school, for fun, or any other reason, the GoByBike BC Society is encouraging BC residents to ride their bikes, scooters, rollerblades, and more this spring. Register on their website and log your rides during GoByBike Week to see how many kilograms of greenhouse gases you saved. Plus, you’ll be entered to win some great prizes!
Join the Lakelse Dragon Boat Society's Information Meeting to learn about paddling and our upcoming events. We are a community team, open to anyone 15 years and older. No experience required. The University of British Columbia Institute for Oceans and Fisheries will conduct 14 Community Salmon Dialogues across BC seeking input from all community members about the future of Pacific salmon. The Community Salmon Dialogue meetings welcome anyone who is concerned about the future of Pacific salmon and would like to share their knowledge and listen to others.
