We are beyond ecstatic to relaunch the annual Business Excellence Awards. While this event has been on pause since 2019, we are eager to get this prestigious event rolling again with a new venue, new award categories, and new opportunities. This celebratory evening showcases outstanding achievements and innovation in the business community.

The Terrace RCMP are coming to the Skeena Mall with Child Identification Kits

Child identification kits are a tool provided to families and are used to store your child’s fingerprints, photo, blood type and hair sample. With Child ID kits completed, parents and authorities can access vital information about a child promptly which is crucial in situations where time is of the essence.
More than ever, First Nation leaders are taking control over their economic futures by partnering with industry and government to develop Indigenous-led projects that align with their social, environmental, community and cultural objectives. Major projects continue to prompt public dialogue regarding ‘duty to consult’, ‘best practices', and ‘celebrating success stories’ in industry and First Nations partnerships.

Join the Skeena Valley Runners for the annual King of the Mountain Trail race. This race has been a tradition, happening almost every year, since 1977.
The race begins at the Sportsplex and goes around the Flathead loop on Terrace Mountain. Bib pickup is between 8:30am and 9:30 am. Race begins at 10am.

The annual closure at the Terrace & District Aquatic Centre runs from July 1-19, 2024. This annual closure is needed to complete work that can’t take place during the rest of the year while the facility is open to the public. Work includes:
