The Parade will leave the Safeway parking lot at approximately 10:30 AM and go straight through to the Cenotaph for the Remembrance Day ceremony and laying of wreaths.
The Theater will be open for those that wish to be inside to watch the ceremony on the big screen.
After the parade arrives back at Safeway, there will be a fellowship at the Legion. For the children in the parade they are invited to the Happy Gang for lunch. The Happy Gang would like me to remind all that this luncheon is for only the kids in the parade.
There will be a lunch at the Legion supplied by Save-on-Foods.
There will be a meat draw on the day starting at 1 PM and a 50/50 draw.
A reminder of the Remembrance Day dinner at the Legion at 6 PM and tickets are $22. For those of you that have reserved tickets and are not a Veteran, they must be paid for by Thursday, if not they will then go up for sale to others of Friday.
Eddy and Christine from Segue will be providing music from late afternoon and after dinner as well, so if dancing is something you would like to partake in you can!
There will be no Friday Dinner special this week.
