Join us for Movie in the Park: Despicable Me 4!Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and snacks as we watch a movie under the stars. We’ll have a 40ft inflatable screen so there is plenty of room for viewing. The movie will start when lighting allows at dusk.
City Council Pancake Breakfast
City Council, along with our partners, is serving a pancake breakfast on Sunday morning at George Little Park. Donations to the Food Bank will be collected at this event so please bring a non-perishable food item to the breakfast.

Riverboat Days is the largest community festival in northwest British Columbia, highlighting the culture and heritage of the region.

Annual Closure at the Terrace & District Aquatic Centre: July 6-27, 2025
We’re gearing up for our annual closure at the TDAC. This annual closure is needed to complete maintenance, repairs and deep cleaning work that can’t take place during the rest of the year.
We are closing during these dates as July is statistically the quietest month at the TDAC, with many people away on vacation or pursuing outdoor adventures locally.
We will reopen on Monday, July 28.
Join us for our beloved annual celebration at Heritage Park Museum for an afternoon filled with fun, learning, and community spirit!
We will have live music, games, artists, hands-on crafts, educational activities, and a silent auction, plus delicious food from a local food truck, free cake and drinks, and more surprises to come.
Admission is by donation, and all gate proceeds go to support a local charity.
The Terrace Fire Fighters are hosting their annual pancake breakfast on Canada Day, Tuesday, July 1 at the Terrace Fire Hall. Breakfast starts at 8am and will wrap up around 11am.
