On Wednesday February 13, 2019 at approximately 9:28 pm, the Terrace Fire Department responded to reports of a confirmed structure fire on the 3300 block of Pheasant Street. The Fire Department believes the fire started at the rear of the carport and quickly started the fence and contents of the carport, including a vehicle on fire. A family of four was home at the time and all were able to get out of the house safely. Read more
