The City of Terrace intends to lease the property at 4622 Haugland Avenue to Ksan Housing Society, with BC Housing as a third party to the lease as a lender for a total of $10 for 60 years.
This notice is posted because the Community Charter requires local governments to give public notice when a council disposes of land (such as selling or renting property).
