International Overdose Awareness Day 2023

International Overdose Awareness Day, initiated in 2001 in Melbourne, is the world's largest annual campaign to end overdose, remember without stigma those who have died, and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.

We’re gearing up for our annual closure at the TDAC. It's needed to complete work that can’t take place during the rest of the year while the facility is open to the public. This includes: 

• Annual maintenance for all pool systems 
• Repairs 
• Grouting 
• Deep cleaning pool basins and other areas 

Our goal is to keep the pool healthy and functional, which helps reduce maintenance-related service impacts throughout the year.

Join City councillors Chris Apps and Brian Downie at the Farmers Market! Visit our booth to learn about our Citizen Satisfaction Survey and how to provide your feedback. We’ll have paper copies on hand and information on how to participate online.
