After a successful Request for Proposal process this spring, the City of Terrace has awarded the Transloading Facility Feasibility Study to Canadian firm CPCS Transcom Ltd. The CPCS team will work with its local project partners McElhanney Consulting and Kleanza Consulting to complete the study. The project team has extensive experience in rail infrastructure and multi-modal facility studies as well as significant knowledge of freight flows and related economic issues in British Columbia.
