These deliberate and calculated acts pose a serious threat to public safety, place firefighters at increased risk, and represent a disturbing escalation in criminal behaviour within our community. With the goal of improving safety and traffic flow for all users, changes are underway to the configuration of traffic, bike and parking lanes on Kalum Street between Greig Avenue and Soucie Avenue.
