The project will renew critical operating components and upgrade areas of the facility to allow for increased usage and improved accessibility.

• Renovate Main Pool gutters

• New deck drains

• Renew Leisure Pool with beach access and spray features

• Renew Hot Pool with ramp access

• Improve accessible change room

• Renovate fitness room into family change room

• Addition on to northwest end of facility for new fitness room

• Improve and open up the reception and lobby areas

• HVAC upgrades

• Add UV disinfection systems to the Leisure and Hot Pools
