We Are Each Others Allies: Queering it up...Stories of strength and resilience with Cai Krikorian Come join Cai for an informal evening of shared stories, Cai will talk about her meandering identity... legal name change... not quite lesbian... not quite trans... queer seems to fit for now... maybe non binary feels like a better fit. Cai's history of feeling isolated and struggling with mental health issues and finally finding a sense of community and chosen family with other misfits in the north. Cai and their family's experience fighting a human rights case and pushing for the Yukon to update discriminatory legislation. Cai welcomes others to share their stories or how they found their identity or how they struggle with society's expectations and how we can support each other and create inclusive spaces while celebrating our unique and evolving identities.
