George Little Park
12:00-4:00 pm

Come to George Little Park anytime between 12 noon and 4 pm to pick up your bags and gloves, head out into the community to clean up an area, and then bring your garbage back for disposal (we will have a garbage dumpster and metal recycling bin). When you drop off your garbage, you will be entered into a draw for a chance to win some great prizes. Plus, we will have kids’ activities, a story walk by the Terrace Public Library, the chance to learn about the new Terrace Sustainability Hub, plus free ice cream from McDonald's.

We also have a crew that focuses on cleaning up illegal dump sites outside the community along the rivers and other popular recreational spots. Let us know of any spots that you think need cleaning up.

RSVP on the Facebook event page so you don't forget!
