DISPOSAL OF LANDS
TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance with the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Terrace intends to dispose of the following lands to Metis Nation BC: (3115 Kalum Street) legally described as: Lot B, District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 6992 Except Plan EPP62379 PID: 009-475-168 for the purchase price of One Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-One Dollars ($187,651) and (4617 Greig Avenue) legally described as: Lot 1 District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP62379 PID: 029-955-491 for the purchase price of One Million Two Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Three Dollars ($1,271,763).
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 26 OF THE COMMUNITY CHARTER, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
