June 14, 2022: As the flood risk remains low for the City of Terrace, Ferry Island is set to fully reopen to the public for trail and day use on Wednesday, June 15. Camping reopened to any existing reservations on June 10 and new reservations can now be booked. All visitors are asked to obey all signage and any flagging encountered on the trails, as there are some small sections of trail under repair. Fisherman’s Memorial Park remains closed until further notice.
