This spring is the last opportunity for homeowners to participate in the Provincial Skeena-Bulkley Valley Lakes District Woodstove Exchange Program and be eligible for the $250 provincial rebate however City of Terrace residents will still be able to participate in the City's Woodstove Exchange Program with rebates of $100 plus the waiving of the $50 building permit fee until the end of 2010 (or until all rebates are used).
