THE SUBJECT LAND: The application affects the land, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Amended Lot 17 (Plan 4830), District Lot 361, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 4504 [4606 Loen Avenue]
THE INTENT: To amend Schedule "B" (Zoning Map) of Zoning Bylaw 2069-2014 by changing the zoning classification of the property shown hatched on the accompanying map:
FROM: R2 (Semi-Detached Residential)
TO: R1A (Single Detached Dwelling)
PURPOSE: To subdivide the property into two smaller lots to build a small affordable home on each lot.
BYLAW INSPECTION: THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT BYLAW AND RELEVANT BACKGROUND DOCUMENTS MAY BE INSPECTED at the City of Terrace Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day from Friday, March 3, 2017 to Monday, March 13, 2017 excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays.
