In a Special Council meeting at noon today, following a presentation from staff, Terrace City Council passed a resolution to initiate the process to borrow up to $4 million for the Terrace Aquatic Centre Renewal Project (the Project). A second resolution was passed to award the contract for the Project to Viking Construction as the lowest bidder.
